Sweet 16!

Today was my baby sister's 16th birthday!

She has become a smart and beautiful girl.

We may but heads at time

because she is 16 and I am 23,

you know how teenage girls can be : )

but I am so glad I have her as my sister.

I can't wait to see what the years bring and our relationship just gets even better.

So...

 Mimi gives us $500 for our 16th Birthdays.

Mine was in lipstick tubes

My brother's was in a tissue box that he pulled out and they were all taped together.

And for Carri we sent her on a scavenger hunt.

Well after she found her money her last clue led her to her new car.

She had no idea.

She was so excited! I just love surprises and this was so hard to keep a secret!

She is changing that lovely tire cover : )

Just an Update.

I have to say the only thing that I have been stressed about so far with planning the wedding

is planning the honeymoon.

With Matt being gone it has been just a little difficult.

But  mom & I went to talk to a travel agent yesterday.

(which should of been done like a month or two ago)

Our choices are either Jamaica or Cancun

& I cannot decide where to go. 

It is no joke, stressing me out.

But other than that I am getting really excited.

We ordered our invitations, napkins & our guest book.

Told my aunt what flowers I liked & colors.

I am so thankful she is a florist &  a wedding planner 

because my mom & I would be a little lost.

Today marks 2 weeks left of Matt being gone.

My sister turns 16 on Sunday!

Monday is my final dress fitting

Next Saturday is my last day at the Y. Woohoo! 

Wednesday I am taking my bridals

Then Thursday Matt is home!

That is what keeps me going, I am glad I have fun events between today and May 5th.

Hopefully we can get our honeymoon booked between now & then.

Sunday Night Laugh

This is the most precious thing ever.

Things That Make Me Happy, Right Now.

1. Marking things off of my "to do" list. Such as, my bridesmaids getting their dresses ordered, sending off my save the dates and getting my dress fitted for alterations.

2. Getting to wear my dress, even if it was for a total of 15 minutes.

3. Buying new panties. 7 for $25 thank you American Eagle!

4. Instagram. Lori kept telling me to use it and now I am loving it.

5. On Wednesday Matt will be home in 50 days!

6. Even though I don't technically have a spring break I have some what of a break because I don't have to go to soccer. It will be a nice extra 2 hours in my afternoon.

7. Getting my hair cut tomorrow.

I think that is it for now. : )

Halfway Done!

as of this week we are halfway done with being apart.

I am so ready to have him back.
