Just Another Update

Here we go...

Yesterday Matt and started cleaning out our house,
(YAY, we have a start!)

Today I scheduled our first marriage counseling date for Monday.

and Saturday is my first Bridal Shower <3

And the next couple of days I have alot of errands to run,

June is going to be way to busy for me but I am going to love every minute of it.

This is also my first big summer of weddings, including my own.

Crazy how old I am getting. Weird.

Some other exciting news:

We are headed to HAWAII!

We finally booked our honeymoon and we couldn't be more excited.

We also added a new addition to our Wilkowske family:

Huckleberry

He is Blue Heeler and American Eskimo mixed and he is 3 months old.

We love him.

Matt is home.

Matt is also a college graduate:

So proud of him.

he is now only a phone call away and that makes me very, very happy.

Today is the DAY

It still hasn't hit me that I am going to pick him up at the airport tonight.

It just feels like another day without him.

16 weeks have passed faster than I expected.

Bring on the nerves & butterflies.

The End is Near.

I cannot believe this time next week I will be hanging out with Matthew.

I will say that the last 16 weeks have gone by pretty quickly

and I have surprised myself with how strong I have been.

I did have some moments but the better days out shined the bad.

My last day at the Bethany Y was yesterday

I have some mixed feelings over leaving 

but I am so glad to be moving on.

I have made some awesome friends from the Y

and there friendship has helped me alot since Matt has been gone.

I am so thankful for them.

Other than Matt coming home on Thursday

this week will be pretty fun.

Wednesday I am taking my bridals pictures and I am so excited.

Then next week I start my new summer nanny job with a cute 3 year old boy.

 : ) 

I don't think I have been any happier.

FOUR days left.

Sweet 16!

Today was my baby sister's 16th birthday!

She has become a smart and beautiful girl.

We may but heads at time

because she is 16 and I am 23,

you know how teenage girls can be : )

but I am so glad I have her as my sister.

I can't wait to see what the years bring and our relationship just gets even better.

So...

 Mimi gives us $500 for our 16th Birthdays.

Mine was in lipstick tubes

My brother's was in a tissue box that he pulled out and they were all taped together.

And for Carri we sent her on a scavenger hunt.

Well after she found her money her last clue led her to her new car.

She had no idea.

She was so excited! I just love surprises and this was so hard to keep a secret!

She is changing that lovely tire cover : )

(sometimes uploading pictures to blogger is more a chore than fun)

Just an Update.

I have to say the only thing that I have been stressed about so far with planning the wedding

is planning the honeymoon.

With Matt being gone it has been just a little difficult.

But  mom & I went to talk to a travel agent yesterday.

(which should of been done like a month or two ago)

Our choices are either Jamaica or Cancun

& I cannot decide where to go. 

It is no joke, stressing me out.

But other than that I am getting really excited.

We ordered our invitations, napkins & our guest book.

Told my aunt what flowers I liked & colors.

I am so thankful she is a florist &  a wedding planner 

because my mom & I would be a little lost.

Today marks 2 weeks left of Matt being gone.

My sister turns 16 on Sunday!

Monday is my final dress fitting

Next Saturday is my last day at the Y. Woohoo! 

Wednesday I am taking my bridals

Then Thursday Matt is home!

That is what keeps me going, I am glad I have fun events between today and May 5th.

Hopefully we can get our honeymoon booked between now & then.
